We are so confident that you will love your new cable cord organizers that we offer a 45-day money-back guarantee.  If you are unsatisfied with your cable cord organizers for any reason, simply ship them to us (post-marked) within 45 days of purchasing them and we will give you a full refund, including any initial shipping costs to you (if we offered you free shipping).  The refund does not include the cost of return shipping and there is a 15% restocking fee on orders of $100 or greater. 

Please send return orders of $100 or greater to our manufacturer in California (address is listed below).  All other returns can be sent to our corporate office in Minnesota (address below).  The organizers must be in like new condition when returned for the full refund to apply.

Damaged Product Returns
If your order was damaged when you received it, please send the damaged product back to our manufacturer at the address below.  Once we receive your package we will immediately ship you out new merchandise and we will credit you $4.00 to cover the cost you incurred shipping us back damaged product.  Please include your full name, telephone number and a brief description as to what is damaged about the merchandise (if it's not obvious).  This is a very rare situation but on occasion merchandise gets damaged during the shipping process.  We apologize for the inconvenience and will handle your return as quickly and efficiently as possible.
